1 year Spartan Program includes diet supplements (nutrition shakes) directly after your workout to maximize your results. We give you well written recipes for your breakfast, lunch and dinner and suggest snacks for you in between. But best of all, we work out together twice per day (Monday – Friday) to maximize your results in shortest possible time!
Spartan Program and events is held by a former pro athlete today working as a physical trainer from athletes. He’s well educated:
- PhD in Kinesiology
- MSc in Sports and Exercise Science
- BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics
Furthermore he’s constantly doing research for Universities and stays updated with latest research.
